Mina Vo – Interim Global Programs Manager
Mina Vo brings a dynamic blend of personal and professional experience to her role as Interim Global Programs Manager. Born and raised in Vietnam, Mina moved to the United States at the age of 5, navigating the complexities of blending cultures. A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Business Management, she has over seven years of experience in program development, training, and student advocacy.
At Highline College, Mina oversees a variety of global initiatives, including study abroad programs, cultural workshops, and partnerships with international institutions. Her bilingual fluency and cross-cultural insights help her connect with students and create impactful programs. Mina’s leadership is driven by her passion for global education and her belief in its power to transform lives.
Michael Pham – Vice President of Administration and Global Programs
Michael Pham serves as the Vice President of Administration and Global Programs at Highline College, leading the institution’s efforts to promote global engagement and intercultural understanding. With a background in higher education administration and international relations, Michael is a strategic visionary committed to expanding access to global learning opportunities for all students.
Michael’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening Highline’s partnerships with international organizations and enhancing its study abroad and exchange programs. His dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion aligns with Highline’s mission to prepare students for success in a global society.
