Key Partnerships

Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport
Since 2019, Highline College has partnered with Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport. This collaboration includes initiatives like signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and conducting Global Virtual Exchange workshops, which connect faculty and students from both institutions.

China: Yangzhou Polytechnic College & Shanghai Jiao Tong University

  • For over 15 years, Highline has worked with Yangzhou Polytechnic College and Yangzhou’s Foreign Affairs Office on academic programs and cultural exchanges.
  • Highline’s 18-year partnership with Shanghai Jiao Tong University has facilitated numerous faculty and student exchange programs, enriching the educational experiences on both sides.

Egypt: Mataria Technical College
Highline College has engaged in educational exchanges with Mataria Technical College in Cairo, allowing delegations from both institutions to share knowledge and best practices.

Indonesia: Politeknik Pariwisata Technical Institute
In 2019, Highline College welcomed members from the Politeknik Pariwisata Technical Institute in Medan to Seattle, and hosted orientations in Jakarta to prepare Indonesian faculty and administrators for exchange programs.

Namibia: Polytechnic of Namibia
Since 1997, Highline has collaborated with the Polytechnic of Namibia, facilitating exchanges for students, faculty, and administrators to share knowledge and build global connections.
