Partnerships
Highline has a long and rich history of educational partnerships throughout the world. These partnerships have encouraged countless faculty, students, and staff in their various educational endeavors. Despite the changes occurring as time has gone on, each educational experience is part of Highline’s legacy and has greatly shaped who we are as an institution. Even though this section and history are not exhaustive, this section of the Global Programs website seeks to highlight recent partnerships.
Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport
Since 2019, Highline College has been working with Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport in Vietnam.

Yangzhou Polytechnic College
For more than fifteen years, Highline has partnered with Yangzhou Polytechnic College and Yangzhou’s Foreign Affairs Office for academic programs.
Shanghai Jiao Tong University
For the past 18 years, Highline has also partnered with Shanghai Jiao Tong University for faculty and student exchanges.
